Based in Florida, Dan Weddell works with established businesses and executives throughout the United States, helping them identify opportunities to reduce operating costs and improve their bottom line. Dan brings more than 26 years of firsthand business ownership and executive management experience. Prior to his current role, he was an owner and Treasurer of a mid-sized underground utility construction company in Nevada that generated up to $70 million in annual revenue and employed as many as 300 people.

Having spent decades navigating the financial and operational challenges of business ownership, Dan understands firsthand the importance of controlling costs, managing risk, and protecting profitability. Today, he draws on that experience and his extensive network of relationships to connect established businesses with programs and resources that may help reduce operating expenses and strengthen their bottom line.
